Self-defeating behaviors include substance abuse, running away, inappropriate sexual promiscuity, and delinquent behavior. Issues include substance abuse, ADD / ADHD, adoption or attachment issues, childhood traumas, sexual orientation difficulties, depression, eating disorders, and lack of personal responsibility.
