Score =

If your final score is 80-100% your child may only be exhibiting some of the behavioral issues common to adolescents. A score of 70-80% may mean your child is beginning to show some behavioral issues that require active intervention. A score of 50-60% indicates the issues are becoming a serious concern, and may indicate the need for more intense intervention. A score below 50% indicates that your teen has a number of issues and that you are deeply concerned, a situation where a therapeutic residential program may be the help you need to turn him or her around.
